Swindon Remembers (WW2)
at Swindon Central Library.

A Swindon Library organised weekend event commemorating those local men and women of all nationalities who have served in the armed forces as well as "home front" experiences and stories.

Local history and heritage groups will be running stalla and presenting  material relevant to the event.

The story of Norfolk’s Home Guard and ‘secret army’ 1940-44

A  unique collection of photos and records, including the nominal rolls of the Norfolk auxiliary units and some of their personal memories.  Linking text tells the story of both organisations.

Open Mon-Sat 10am – 4pm and Sundays 1st in month and Bank Holiday Suns 2-4pm.   March – October
