The Intelligence Officer was A.G. Fiddes-Watt: Cameron Highlanders.

Area Group Commander was Capt J.G. Chisholm. Caledonian Hotel, Stornoway. (Capt Chisholm was also Admin officer for group 5)

Assistant Group Commander was 2nd Lieut Alexander John Lehury. 95 Caberfeidh Buildings, Stornoway.

Around 1941.

Patrol Leader: Cpl J. Macleod. 22 Melbost. Stornoway
Pte N. Macleod. 26 Branahuie Stornoway  

We are unsure of the other members. Can you help?

The OB is located on Gallows Hill overlooking Stornoway Harbour.

The video below by John Burrows was filmed on Gallows Hill and might give you an idea of their view.

It is suspected that the harbour would have been the main target for attack.
