Lethen is an estate, to the south on Nairn. The estate is on the edge of Darnaway Forest. The area is mostly farming in between a lot of forests, but in a key area for access roads south and to the east from Inverness. The main railwayline to Aberdeen is also in close proximity. Culbin Sands make this area the most likely for an invasion (Anti-glider poles are still visible in the sand there).
