Cookney is an area to the south of Aberdeen. Mainly farm land it was on a main route that would have bypassed Aberdeen from the North.

Captain W.S.Smart was the GC, 2nd Lieut A Forbes asst GC.

Currently unknown

Cookney appears to have had a small patrol of just 3 members.

Cookney has Maryculter and Rickarton patrols to North and South of it.

Unknown. Believed to be on moorland to the North of Cookney.

Main Railway line south and Viaduct at Muchalls, Radar station at Portlethen, Roads south and associated bridges and also several small coastal harbours.

Currently unknown.

Not known but we assume the standard issued equipment.
